Description
Coolbaugh Township’s 2026 Fall Leaf Collection will begin Monday, October 12, 2026. Residents are reminded to have leaves raked to the road’s edge by 7:00 AM on their scheduled collection dates.
🍁 2026 COLLECTION SCHEDULE
October 12–16
Tobyhanna Village and surrounding areas not located in private developments
October 19–23
Pocono Farms
Residents on cul-de-sacs must place leaves along the nearest Township road or take them to the Township Compost Facility.
October 26–30
Pocono Farms East
Residents on cul-de-sacs must place leaves along the nearest Township road or take them to the Township Compost Facility.
November 2–6
Private developments – pickup will take place at one location specified by the Community Association.
November 9–13
Pocono Summit
There will be no pickup on November 11 due to the holiday.
November 16–20
Miscellaneous cleanup
⚠️ IMPORTANT COLLECTION REMINDERS
Leaves must be unbagged and raked to the road’s edge. Please DO NOT place leaves in bags or rigid containers.
Leaf piles must be free of twigs, sticks, branches, brush, rocks, stones, cans, bottles, trash, or other foreign materials, as these items can damage Township collection equipment.
🔥 Burning leaves is prohibited in Coolbaugh Township under local and county regulations.
🍂 COMPOST FACILITY
Residents may also bring unbagged leaves to the Coolbaugh Township Road Department Compost Facility at 549 Laurel Drive, Tobyhanna. Tree branches and brush are also accepted; branches exceeding 10 inches across and tree stumps are not accepted.
