UPCOMING ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please Use Caution and Plan Accordingly
Beginning Monday, October 12, 2026, through Friday, October 16, 2026, Derry Construction will be performing milling and paving work on several streets throughout the Borough.
Motorists should use caution, expect delays, and plan alternate routes when necessary. Temporary traffic restrictions and lane closures may occur while work is being completed. Please allow additional travel time and exercise caution when traveling through active construction areas.
The scheduled road work will include:
Cross Street – North Water Street to 1st Street
South 2nd Street – Vine Street to SR 136, including replacement of traffic sensors
Broadway – Center Street to the School Entrance
Vine Street – 3rd Street to 5th Street
Vine Street – Grand Avenue to the dead-end
North 2nd Street – SR 136 to approximately the Print Shop, including replacement of traffic sensors
South 6th Street – Penn Street to Center Street
Construction schedules are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
