Garbage Billing Update: Business & New-Construction Accounts

Who this applies to:
This update is only for business garbage accounts and new residential builds that are not yet on the property tax roll.
Residential customers: Your garbage service is billed on your property tax bill, so no action is needed.
New residential construction builds are billed directly by the City until the property is placed on the tax roll.
NEW ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION
The City now offers a convenient online payment option. It's completely optional, and you can still pay at City Hall or by mail as you always have.
Online, you can:
✅ Make a one-time payment, no account needed
✅ Create an account using the Access Code printed on your bill
✅ View your billing and payment history anytime
✅ Enroll in AutoPay for automatic monthly payments
CURRENTLY ON AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT (ACH)?
Your final ACH payment under the current setup will be processed on October 28, 2026.
Beginning in November, ACH drafts will run through the new system. To keep paying automatically, please enroll in AutoPay online before your November bill is due.
If you'd prefer not to, you can pay at City Hall or by mail instead.
HOW TO ENROLL
1️⃣ Visit https://percedarkey.secure.munibilling.com
2️⃣ Create your account using the Access Code on your bill
3️⃣ Select AutoPay and enter your bank information
💳 ONLINE PROCESSING FEES
E-Check or monthly ACH: $1.00 per payment
Credit card:
$0.01–$50.00 → $1.49
$50.01–$100.00 → $2.94
$100.01–$150.00 → $4.39
$150.01–$200.00 → $5.84
$200.01 and up → 2.99% of the payment
