Council of Churches:
Please be advised that, effective immediately, the Council of Churches will no longer be providing financial assistance to utility customers.
This change is due to organizational changes within the Council of Churches.
Customers seeking assistance with their utility bills are encouraged to contact other available community assistance programs to determine if they may qualify for assistance.
Please note: The Borough is unable to guarantee eligibility or assistance through any outside organization.
