Description
The Edinboro Police Department has posted “NO-PARKING” signs along the designated parade route for the Homecoming Parade. The “NO-PARKING” restrictions will be enforced on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense. The following roadways will be affected:
Parade Route (No parking after 6:00 AM, no access after 10:00 AM until the end of the parade):
Darrow Road (From Brora Drive to Meadville Street)
East Normal Street
High Street
Meadville Street (From Darrow Road to Erie Street)
Waterford Street (From Meadville Street to High Street)
Secondary Streets affected by the parade route closure (no access or limited access after 10:00 AM until the end of the parade):
Erie Street (from Chestnut Street to Plum Street) (Closed)
Gibson Lane (Local Traffic Only)
Lorna Lane (Closed)
Ontario Street (Local Traffic Only)
Shrures Lane (Closed)
Short Street (Closed)
Terrace Drive (Closed)
Waterford Street (From Ontario Street to High Street (Local Traffic Only)
West Normal Street (Local Traffic Only)
