FINAL BULK DROP-OFF EVENT OF 2026
Friday, October 2nd & Saturday, October 3rd from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
(Closed from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
Coolbaugh Township Recycling Center, 549 Laurel Drive, Tobyhanna
Residents who need a recycling permit may now apply online through the Township website: www.coolbaughtwp.org
Select Permit Submissions → Apply for a New Permit.
1. Enter your property address.
2. Select Recycling Permit as the permit type.
3. Complete all required information.
4. Submit your application and bring proof of residency with you upon entering the Recycling Center.
Please review the list of acceptable items on our website before arriving. Need computer or tablet access? Tablets are available at the Municipal Center, 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, except holidays.

SHRED EVENT – SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD
The Shred Event will also be held on Saturday, October 3rd at the Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Company, 652 Laurel Drive, Tobyhanna. This event is for Coolbaugh Township residents and there is a limit of 20 boxes per residence.
