Charges filed against man accused of recording female in shower

Description
Sean Boland, 30, from Clarks Green, was arrested Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, following an investigation into an allegation that he recorded a female while she was showering without her knowledge or consent.
During the course of the investigation, police identified an additional victim who was allegedly recorded while Boland filmed up the victim's dress.
Boland was charged with invasion of privacy and interception, disclosure or use of wire, electronic or oral communications.
Boland was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Barilla and was released on bail pending further court proceedings.
