Report the sighting immediately to Inglis Animal Control at 352-447-2203 ext 104 or 352-221-3868 cell or contact local dispatch
• In case of exposure: If a pet is bitten, scratched, or comes into contact with the raccoon's saliva, wash the wound thoroughly with soap and water and call the Florida department of Health in levy County or seek emergency medical care immediately.
