Flood Watch issued September 21 at 11:43AM EDT until September 21 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio,
including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton,
Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum and Tuscarawas, southwest
Pennsylvania, including the following area, Beaver, and northern West
Virginia, including the following area, Hancock.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at noon EDT today.
