Flood Watch issued September 17 at 1:53PM EDT until September 18 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties,
Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Union and Wayne,
northern Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone,
Campbell and Kenton, and Ohio, including the following counties,
Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette,
Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike,
Preble, Ross, Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of thunderstorms will produce heavy rain of 1 to 3
inches with locally higher amounts, which may lead to flooding.

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur
or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be
careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.
