2027–2031 Capital Improvements Program
The Municipality of Penn Hills has prepared its 2027–2031 Capital Improvements Program (CIP), outlining proposed long-term investments in infrastructure and municipal improvements over the next five years.
The program includes planned improvements related to streets, recreation, sanitary and storm sewers, municipal buildings, and equipment and serves as an important planning tool for the Municipality’s annual budget and future growth.
A public hearing on the 2027–2031 Capital Improvements Program will be held before Mayor and Council on September 21, 2026, providing residents an opportunity to review the plan and offer public comment.
