The City of Keiser has been awarded $75,474 through the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP).
This funding will support a new initiative focused on reducing youth violence and improving behavioral health outcomes through coordinated judicial and community‑based strategies.
The project emphasizes early identification of at‑risk youth, evidence‑based intervention, and diversion into appropriate behavioral health services.
