* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

- At 700 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2
inches of rain have fallen.

Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Monroeville, McKeesport,
Plum, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Murrysville, Wilkinsburg, Whitehall,
