* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southeastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
East Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
West Central Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
* Until 700 PM EDT.
* At 355 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 to 1.5 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Monroeville, McKeesport,
Plum, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Murrysville, Wilkinsburg, Whitehall,
Munhall, Jefferson Hills, North Versailles, Brentwood, Swissvale,
Dormont, Castle Shannon and Pleasant Hills.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
