Since the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCWSA) transitioned to their new billing system on May 12, 2026, many residents have raised questions about how to read their bills and understand their water usage. To address these questions, BCWSA has created an FAQ sheet with information about the implementation of their new billing system, how it impacted residents' water bill, and how charges are billed.
We encourage residents to review the attached FAQ sheet for information on their water and sewer bill. Additional information about the new billing system and billing process is available on the BCWSA website at www.bcwsa.net.
