Public Hearing - An Ordinance 2026-O-6 of the Town of Federalsburg Amending the official zoning map of the Town of Federalsburg to apply the Multif-Family Residential District (R-3) Zoning district to certain lots or parcels of land in the Town of Federalsburg that are currently zoned Single Family Residential District (R-1) Hargreaves Drive.
III. Public Hearing - An Ordinance 2026-O-7 of the Mayor and Council of Federalsburg to Amend Chapter 245 of the Federalsburg Town code titled “Zoning: to prohibit data centers in any zoning district.
IV. Public Hearing - A resolution of the Mayor and Council of Federalsburg amending Articles II and III of the Federalsburg Town Charter to permit a majority of the Mayor and Council to hold a referendum.
