Description
The Bruceville-Eddy Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the operator of an ATV involved in an incident that occurred on September 4, 2026, at approximately 11:10 PM.
During the incident, the ATV was observed operating on a public roadway and failing to stop at multiple stop signs. A Bruceville-Eddy Police Officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the ATV; however, the operator failed to stop and fled from the officer.
The operator appears to be an adult male and was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or ATV, or who may have information that could assist with identifying the operator, is asked to contact the Bruceville-Eddy Police Department.
