Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 3 at 8:57PM EDT until September 3 at 9:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 857 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Perryopolis to over Fredericktown-Millsboro, or along a line
from 11 miles northwest of Connellsville to 11 miles northeast of
Waynesburg, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Uniontown, Monessen, California, Donora, Charleroi, Masontown,
Bentleyville, Brownsville, Fredericktown-Millsboro, Farmington,
Perryopolis, Fairchance, North Belle Vernon, North Charleroi,
Speers, Isabella, Belle Vernon and Dunbar.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
