Flood Warning issued September 3 at 11:22AM EDT until September 3 at 11:30AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
The Flood Warning will expire at 1130 AM EDT this morning for a
portion of northwest Pennsylvania, including the following area,
Erie.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
