Description
SCHEDULE CHANGE - DUE TO THE WEATHER paving will NOT take place TODAY on N. 3rd St. between Locust and Walnut Streets. Paving will take place FRIDAY, 9/4 between 7 AM and 5 PM. PLEASE HAVE ALL CARS REMOVED FROM THE AREA DURNG THAT TIME. Kinsley Construction plans to complete the project as quickly as possible.
