Flood Warning issued September 3 at 5:03AM EDT until September 3 at 7:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania...
Central Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 502 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Williamsport, Montoursville, Jersey Shore, Muncy, Hughesville,
Montgomery, Avis, Duboistown, McElhattan, Cogan Station,
Waterville, Collomsville, Little Pine State Park, Trout Run,
Elimsport, Cammal, Loyalsockville, Glen Union, Hyner and South
Williamsport.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
