Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 3 at 1:07AM EDT until September 3 at 1:30AM EDT by NWS State College PA

At 107 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Kettle Creek Gorge to over Bellefonte, or along a line from 17
miles northeast of Montoursville to over Bellefonte, moving southeast
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Lamar, Mill Hall, Avis,
Dunnstown, Flemington, Duboistown, Castanea, Blanchard, Clarence,
McElhattan, Monument, Waterville, Little Pine State Park,
Collomsville, Mackeyville, Cogan Station and Glen Union.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 180 between mile markers 25 and 29. Interstate 80 between
mile markers 165 and 187. Interstate 99 between mile markers 136 and
154.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
