* At 1223 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Wellsboro to 5 miles northwest of Lecontes Mills, or along a
line from near Wellsboro to 11 miles northeast of Clearfield,
moving southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Williamsport, Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Wellsboro, Cameron,
Wharton, Keating, Morris, Lamar, Mill Hall, Blossburg, Avis,
Dunnstown, Flemington, Renovo, Duboistown, Castanea, Karthaus,
Blanchard and Clarence.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 180 between mile markers 25 and 29. Interstate 80 between
mile markers 165 and 187. Interstate 99 between mile markers 136 and
176.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
