Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 2 at 11:21PM EDT until September 2 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will
be allowed to expire.
