* WHAT...Heat index values up to 100 expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
