* At 1138 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Shippensburg to Scotland to St. Thomas to Fort
Littleton to Wells Tannery to New Enterprise to Ogletown, moving
southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Bedford, Breezewood, and Greencastle around 1150 AM EDT.
Waynesboro, Buffalo Mills, and Orrtanna around 1200 PM EDT.
Carroll Valley and Warfordsburg around 1210 PM EDT.
Barnes Gap and Inglesmith around 1220 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Orrstown, Arendtsville, Quincy, Biglerville, and Williamson.
Radar has indicated rotation within these severe thunderstorms.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.

Interstate 70 from mile markers 147 to 170.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 125 and 188, and from
mile markers 203 to 211.
Interstate 81 from mile markers 0 to 36.
Interstate 99 from mile markers 0 to 14.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Very heavy rainfall is occurring with these severe thunderstorms, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
