* At 925 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Truman to Benezette to near Lecontes Mills to
Plymptonville to Rockton, moving southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

State College, Bellefonte, and Rock Springs around 1010 AM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include West
Decatur, Ramey, Grampian, Orviston, and Brisbin.
Radar has indicated rotation within these severe thunderstorms.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.
For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Penfield and Lamar exits, specifically from mile markers 111 to 165.
This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 56 to 85.
