Reminder: The third installment of the 2026 Refuse/Recycling Bill is due this Saturday, September 5th. Payments can be mailed to or dropped off at the Municipal Building located at:
4400 Greensburg Pike
Pittsburgh, PA 15221
or visit our website at www.foresthillspa.gov > Resident Resources > Pay Bills Online for details on how to pay electronically or by phone (fees apply).
Note: The Municipal Offices are closed on Saturdays and close at 12:45PM on Fridays. There is a drop box available outside of the building that is accessible outside of business hours.
