Description
Paving will begin on Wednesday, 9/2 at 7AM on N. 3rd Street between Locust Street and Walnut Street. Paving will take place between 7AM and 5PM. PLEASE HAVE ALL CARS REMOVED FROM THE AREA DURNG THAT TIME. Kinsley Construction plans to complete the project as quickly as possible.
