Special Weather Statement issued August 28 at 7:24AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, notably within river valleys and along the eastern
ridges, have developed and could impact the morning commute.
Visibilities will change quickly across short distances and could
be below a half of a mile at times in the thickest of the fog.
Please slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
Conditions are expected to improve shortly after sunrise.
