Flash Flood Warning issued August 28 at 12:07AM EDT until August 28 at 12:15AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for portions of New
Jersey and Pennsylvania.
