Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 27 at 9:37PM EDT until August 27 at 10:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 937 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hummelstown,
moving southeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Harrisburg, Hershey, Colonial Park, Progress, Middletown, Palmyra,
New Cumberland, Linglestown, Steelton, Hummelstown, Paxtonia, and
Rutherford.
This includes the following Interstates...
The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 246 to 254.
Interstate 81 from mile markers 69 to 81.
Interstate 83 from mile markers 44 to 50.
Interstate 283 from mile markers 0 to 2.
