West central Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania...
Perry County in south central Pennsylvania...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 710 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Colonel Denning State Park to Plainfield, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Plainfield, Schlusser, Newport, Duncannon, New Bloomfield, New
Buffalo, Bloserville, Loysville, Ickesburg, Carlisle Springs,
Colonel Denning State Park, and Shermansdale.
This includes The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 219 to 221.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Very heavy rainfall is occurring with these severe thunderstorms, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
