* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northeastern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
Northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
Southern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 712 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing near Oldmans Township. Between
2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Chester, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Arden,
Chelsea, Chester Township, Concordville, Elam and Nether
Providence Township.
