Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 27 at 4:56PM EDT until August 27 at 5:15PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 456 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Youngwood, or
near Greensburg, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported tree damage south of Irwin.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Greensburg, Jeannette, Youngwood, Penn and Grapeville.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm has produced damaging winds.
