Flood Watch issued August 27 at 10:26AM EDT until August 28 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
area, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following areas,
Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris,
Northwestern Burlington, Somerset, Sussex, Warren and Western
Monmouth, and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks,
Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower
Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and
Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop by midday
today. Some of these showers and thunderstorms are expected
to produce very heavy rainfall. Rainfall totals of 1-2 inches
of rain can be expected with localized amounts of 3-5 inches
possible in the strongest storms. Rainfall rates within these
thunderstorms may reach up to 1-3 inches per hour at times.
