...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...
Illinois River at Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass Counties.
Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Cass, Morgan, Brown and
Schuyler Counties.
.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at Havana.
* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:45 AM CDT Saturday was 16.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
Friday morning and continue falling to 13.4 feet Saturday, August
29.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
