* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog, that will
be confined primarily to the valleys.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Consider allowing extra time to reach your destination.
If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights, and leave plenty
of distance ahead of you.
