Brown Counties.
.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.
* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening and continue rising to 17.0 feet Saturday,
August 22. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
