In recognition of the 2026 Nation 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance, Westmoreland Food Bank is proud to announce the Third Annual 9/11 Week of Service Food Drive, a county-wide initiative honoring the spirit of service and unity that emerged in the wake of tragedy. This year, we are proud to say West Newton Borough is a part of this initiative as this event carries special significance as America celebrate its 250th Anniversary!
Stop by the Borough office Monday - Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM to drop off items for the Westmoreland Food Bank - We will accept items until September 11th, 2026.
