area, Columbiana and Pennsylvania, including the following areas,

Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall through Tuesday night is expected to average
