Cumberland County has confirmed 23 positive mosquito collections, including in Upper Allen Township.
Residents are encouraged to take precautions:
• Use insect repellent
• Wear long sleeves and pants when possible
• Avoid outdoor activities at dawn and dusk
• Eliminate standing water around your property, especially after recent rainfall
