The public hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance, originally scheduled for Wednesday, August 5th, has been postponed.
During the Solicitor's final review, revisions were identified that require an additional review by Allegheny County before the hearing can proceed. While the changes are not expected to be significant, this additional step ensures the Borough follows the proper legal process and protects the validity of the ordinance.
A new hearing date will be announced once the County's review is complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
