Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 2 at 5:36PM EDT until August 2 at 6:15PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 536 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Aliquippa,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township,
Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Monaca, Economy, Ambridge, Wexford,
Baden, Sewickley, Harmony Township, Leetsdale, Shippingport and
Conway.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning.
