Flood Watch issued August 2 at 1:54AM EDT until August 3 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Ohio, including the following areas, Ashland,
Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Holmes,
Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Marion, Medina, Morrow, Portage,
Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne and northwest
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford, Northern
Erie and Southern Erie.

* WHEN...From 10 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rain moving through the area early this morning will bring up
to one inch of new rainfall to the region. Additional
efficient, heavy rain is expected to develop during the late
morning and early afternoon hours bringing an additional inch
of rain to the area. Locally higher amounts of rain are
possible, especially where rain trains over the same
locations. This next round of rainfall could cause flash
flooding, especially in low-lying and flood-prone locations.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
