Middle Paxton Township, in conjunction with the Dauphin Middle Paxton Fire Company #1 and the Township Emergency Management Coordinator, has lifted the Township-wide burn ban, effective immediately.
Residents may resume open burning in accordance with all applicable Township ordinances and regulations. Please use caution and burn responsibly.
Before burning, remember:
Burn only materials that are permitted by State and Township regulations.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Keep a water source or fire extinguisher readily available.
Do not burn during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds or extremely dry conditions.
