Special Weather Statement issued July 29 at 8:58PM EDT by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
At 858 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Manattee Road, or near Chiefland, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Williston, Chiefland, Bronson, Williston Highlands, East Bronson,
Andrews, Williston Municipal Airport, Manattee Road, Fowlers Bluff,
Inglis, Fanning Springs, Otter Creek, Manatee Springs State Park, and
Lebanon.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
