*Bulk Drop Off Event: Tomorrow, Friday, August 7th and Saturday, August 8th from 7:30am-3:00pm (Closed from 12pm-12:30pm)
The Recycling Center is located at 549 Laurel Drive, Tobyhanna.
**Recycling Permit Information:**
Residents who need a recycling permit may now apply online through the Township website. Go to www.coolbaughtwp.org, click Permit Submissions**, then select Apply for a New Permit. Enter your property address, choose **Recycling Permit** as the permit type, and complete all required information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation number. You will then simply bring proof of residency with you and provide it upon entering the recycling center. Please be sure to review the list of acceptable items prior to arriving.
If you do not have access to a computer or tablet, tablets are available at the Municipal Center, 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Monday through Friday from 8:00am. to 4:30pm except holidays.
