Recycling Permit Information
Residents who need a recycling permit may now apply online through the Township website. Go to www.coolbaughtwp.org, click Permit Submissions, then select Apply for a New Permit. Enter your property address, choose Recycling Permit as the permit type, and complete all required information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation number. You will then be able to go to the recycling center and show your proof of residency to be able to drop off your items.
If you do not have access to a computer or tablet, devices are available at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Center, 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
