Description
A friendly reminder that our yard waste drop off site is open from 8AM-Dusk daily and is located at 2069 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221 through September 30th.
When using the site, please note the ONLY accepted materials are:
- Garden and plant debris
- Leaves
- Shrubs
- Tree limbs with a diameter of 4" or less
- Remove dirt from all root balls BEFORE placing them at the site
- Place all items outside of the dumpster
All other materials, including large tree limbs, CANNOT be disposed of at the site. This includes, but is, not limited to, plastic bags, christmas lights, regular trash, and building materials. This creates contamination of the dumpster and incurs additional costs upon the Borough.
Grass clippings, leaves, and other yard waste can be disposed of through your routine trash pick ups. Grass clippings and other wastes must be bagged and tree limbs must be cut into 3 foot lengths and bundled.
